We stand behind every VueStream subscription. If you're not happy with the service for any reason within the first 30 days of your purchase, we'll refund every cent — no questions asked.
Eligibility
- The refund window is 30 days from the original purchase date.
- Applies to first-time subscribers on monthly, 3-month and 12-month plans.
- Renewals can be cancelled at any time from your dashboard.
How to request a refund
Email hello@vuestream.tv from the address you used to sign up and include your order number. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exceptions
Refunds may be declined where there's clear evidence of abuse (for example, sharing credentials with more devices than your plan allows, or repeated chargeback fraud).
